the staff was helpful (they arranged taxis for us). the room was super clean and cozy. i appreciated the hotel's central location near piazza navona. we enjoyed the rooftop terrace with its city views, especially at sunset.

the staff was really kind and always helpful. the location was great for seeing many sights and attractions. i enjoyed the rooftop terrace that had a beautiful view. breakfast was delicious with great selections.
the street activity was quite noticeable at times. it was especially evident when i needed to keep the windows open. earplugs were helpful for managing the noise.

the room was really small. i paid quite a bit (i think) and expected more space. also, breakfast wasn't included. they sent me to a cafe nearby (not the worst thing), but still, i had to pay extra for my morning cappuccino, (i'm used to free coffee!).
